When dance becomes peace
| Faced with grief and isolation, young Bosba, a Khmer teenager, feels invisible. Marked by the loss of her father and confronted with bullying at school, she desperately seeks harmony. Her life takes an unexpected turn when she meets an Apsara dancer and decides to learn to dance herself. Little by little, she finds inner keys thanks to the discipline of Khmer classical dance and her teachers. Through learning this ancestral art, Bosba finds not only refuge but also unsuspected inner strength. Each movement helps her overcome her challenges, reconnect with her identity, find fulfillment and find inner peace in her life. |
